Who We Are:
The United Methodist Women are a community of women whose purpose is to know God
and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, to develop a creative
supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the
global ministries of the church.
What We Do:
We learn about and help support community needs and mission needs across the world.
Some Past Activities:
* Organize fundraising activities such as a cookie walk and rummage sale.
* Donate money to community and mission organizations.
* Pray for the needs of our church in the Prayer Group.
* Read books about community and mission issues in the Reading Group.
* Award scholarships for college students and women continuing their education who are involved at
Divine Savior.
